America will lead—not depend—using our energy and technology strength to defend against global influence and keep our allies secure.  We will control global energy flow to ensure our adversaries like China cannot imperialistically take over energy supply and leverage against our best interests or our allies.  

 

Healthcare: Repeal Obamacare. Expand Choice. Lower Drug Prices.

Obamacare has been a disaster, driving higher premiums, fewer choices, and more bureaucracy. We need a market based replacement that puts patients and families back in charge.

Abteen will repeal and replace Obamacare with a market-based healthcare system that puts patients—not bureaucrats—in charge. Families will be able to purchase affordable coverage across state lines to increase competition, expand choice, and keep the plans they choose. We will protect Americans with preexisting conditions through continuous coverage protections, and restore transparency so patients know real prices before they buy care. Finally, we will drive down prescription drug costs by ending patent gamesmanship and accelerating real competition, bringing proven medicines to market as lower-cost generics and biosimilars sooner. Healthcare will be about outcomes and access—not mandates—so American families can get the best care at the best price.

 

The Second Amendment, Made Simple

Bottom line: freedom is a God given right and should be practical. The Second Amendment isn’t a privilege for the well connected, it’s a right for every law abiding American, everywhere, so families can live with confidence and protect what matters.

Abteen will defend and expand the Second Amendment so law-abiding Americans—not politicians—decide how to protect their families. Following Heller, McDonald, and Bruen, the right to keep and bear arms is a fundamental, individual right that applies against federal, state, and local governments—and it can’t be sidelined by red tape, arbitrary “proper cause” rules, or backdoor bans.

Abteen will make lawful ownership and carry easier, clearer, and more consistent by ending bureaucratic delay tactics, setting objective standards where permits exist, and stopping cities from creating a confusing patchwork of rules that turn honest people into accidental criminals. We will protect the right to carry for self-defense in everyday life by rejecting “sensitive place” games that turn whole neighborhoods into no-go zones for constitutional rights.

Public safety will be about targeting criminals, not restricting citizens. We’ll focus enforcement on violent offenders and traffickers, while protecting due process and the rights of responsible gun owners.

 

Secure the Border. Enforce the Law. Put Americans First.

 

Abteen will restore control of the border with real enforcement—finishing proven barriers in high-traffic areas, deploying modern surveillance, and fully funding Border Patrol, ICE, and DHS so criminal illegal aliens are identified, detained, and removed. We will end catch-and-release, oppose amnesty in any form, and back tough consequences for human smugglers and repeat offenders. America First also means protecting paychecks in North Texas: we will crack down on H-1B fraud and abuse, shut down visa mills and shell petitions, require transparent reporting by employer and job site, and enforce wage rules so foreign labor can’t be used to undercut Texans or displace U.S. workers. Our immigration system must be lawful, orderly, and aligned with the national interest—safer communities, stronger wages, and a country that honors citizenship.

 

Pro Life, Pro Family, Pro Future

Abteen will defend the right to life as the first civil right: clear, consistent, and protected in law. We will advance laws that recognize unborn children as human beings, end taxpayer funding for abortion, and stop loopholes and regulatory games that allow late term abortions or the sale of fetal body parts. We will ensure informed consent and real transparency, including clear standards for clinics and protections against coercion, trafficking, and chemical abortion by mail schemes that evade safety rules and parental rights.

Compassion will be matched with action: we’ll build a culture of life by expanding support for moms, dads, and families; prenatal care, adoption, foster care reform, safe haven access, and practical help through community partners so no woman feels forced into abortion by fear, pressure, or lack of resources. Public policy will protect both mother and child, hold abusers and exploiters accountable, and affirm that every life—born and unborn—has inherent dignity and deserves protection.

Back to Basics: End Indoctrination, Restore Excellence

 

Abteen will defend parents’ rights and students’ education by ending ideological indoctrination and restoring academic excellence: clear, transparent, and enforced. We will put parents back in the driver’s seat with full curriculum and library transparency, opt out rights, and a ban on compelled speech or grading students on political beliefs. We will stop backdoor activism in the classroom—outside groups pushing agendas, secret surveys, and “training” that divides kids by race, sex, or politics—while protecting viewpoint neutrality, religious liberty, and every student’s freedom of conscience. Education will stop grooming our youth.

 

Accountability will match standards: we’ll create simple, enforceable complaint pathways, require districts to fix violations fast, and tie compliance to consequences so rules actually matter. Schools will focus on what unites communities and builds opportunity—strong literacy, math, science, and civics so every child graduates with real skills, honest history, and confidence in America, not confusion, fear, or pressure to conform.

 

America-First Tax Relief

Abteen supports Trump aligned tax relief, making the 2017 tax cuts permanent, paired with zero based budgeting, line-by-line spending reviews, and enforceable fiscal rules to slow debt growth. We’ll fight inflation by lowering energy costs and cutting regulations that raise prices, while stopping unfunded mandates and restoring state flexibility. We are sick and tired of the American middle class taxpayer carrying the rest of the world on their backs on defense spending, pharmaceuticals, and many other categories.

 

People from around the world access our capital markets and exchanges, yet pay ZERO in taxes even in success in our capital markets. They need to pay for access in our markets, and this will help take the burden off of the american taxpayer.  Tariffs can alleviate some of this burden, but need to be seen as a band aid for a larger issue of disparity in trade.  The power to negotiate trade is a tool bestowed on the chief executive by the Constitution. 

 

No One Gets Rich in Congress: Serve the People, Not the Portfolio

 

“No One Gets Rich in Congress” is Abteen’s  plan to restore trust and stop self-dealing in Washington. He’ll ban Members of Congress, spouses, and dependent children from trading individual stocks, require investments be held in a qualified blind trust or diversified, index only funds, and close loopholes by banning derivatives and other workarounds. Abteen will enforce fast, searchable public financial disclosures, real penalties for violations, and independent oversight, not “Congress policing itself.” He’ll also slam the revolving door by extending cooling-off periods and banning shadow lobbying and foreign influence paydays. And he’s already signed a term limit pledge because Congress should be public service, not a permanent career or a path to personal enrichment.

 

Abteen will ensure that any outside gains in net worth by congressional members will be taxed into a fund that benefits health care for veterans, the men and women that help protect this country every day.

Voters will be required to verify their identity with secure, accessible ID options, while voter rolls will be kept accurate so only eligible voters are registered and duplicate records are removed. Every ballot will be backed by paper and protected by strict chain of custody rules, with transparent counting, bipartisan oversight, and routine post election audits so results can be proven and not debated. We will strengthen safeguards for mail ballots with verification and tracking, crack down on fraud and intimidation with real penalties, and ensure polling places are well staffed and efficient so lawful voters aren’t stuck in hours long lines. Elections will be about confidence and access, not chaos, so Americans can trust that every legal vote counts and the outcome reflects the will of the people.

Peace Through Strength: American Leadership Globally Without Endless Wars

America should lead with strength and discipline, protecting our people, economy, and allies without becoming the world’s police or paying everyone else’s bills. Abteen supports peace through strength: a ready modern military, tough diplomacy and sanctions, and precision capabilities that deter enemies and strike real threats without endless ground wars. Our alliances must be based on fair burden-sharing, with partners carrying their share of costs and responsibility. The goal is simple: defend U.S. interests, prevent war when possible, win when required, and bring our service members home, thereby honoring their sacrifice by using force wisely.

 

President Trump has taken FDR’s “speak softly but carry a big stick” to a better position by showing the United States military might as a deterrence for people and dictators that want to undermine America and her safety.

One Nation, One Future: The America First Culture & Civics Plan

 

We will strengthen American unity by making assimilation and civic education a national priority so newcomers and native-born citizens alike share one common civic identity rooted in the Constitution, the rule of law, and equal rights and responsibilities. We will promote English as our common national language by expanding practical, accessible ESL programs through schools, workplaces, and community partners, thereby helping immigrants fully participate in American life. We will restore serious civics and American history in every grade, with a clear graduation standard focused on facts, primary sources, and how our system of government actually works without political indoctrination. We will put parents back in the driver’s seat through full curriculum transparency and local accountability. Finally, we will build real belonging through community mentorship, service, and shared civic traditions creating a confident, united America where everyone plays by the same rules and every family can proudly call this country home.

 

Abteen will not tolerate desecrating statues or memorials of the founders of this country.
